An excellent experience overall. One of two (out of six) companies that said they wouldn't have to remove drywall to re-plumb our kitchen sink/RO, one of the most affordable of the companies, and the plumber assigned to us, Natalie, was fantastic. She was very personable, explained what she was doing/the process thoroughly, and was great with our two dogs as a cherry on top. Thank you!

Jon B from your company serviced our drain this past Tuesday, after coming out the preceding Friday for a look at the job and a discussion of our issue. Jon arrived on time, as scheduled, and worked diligently to resolve the issue, even when the issue seemed that it wasn't fully resolved. He went the extra mile, so to speak, to get to the bottom of the issue, and then resolved it, and let us test the resolution! The price was more than fair, the work done was professional, he kept us informed, and was clear in his discussions with my husband (and me, who had LOTS of questions!) and was patient enough to answer them all. He was here on time, finished the job in less than a day, and we are very happy with the way it was done. Keeping us informed all along the way was crucial to our understanding of what was happening, and why, and how it was ultimately resolved. On 2/7/24, I had an estimate for a drain repair in our garden tub by Jon B. from Complete Plumbing. It was nearly $5,600.00 less than an estimate given by 'Cool Today.' Tech Jon B. also previously, in Jan 2024, installed our new 40 gal. hot water heater tank for nearly $1,500.00 less than an estimate again from 'Cool Today.' From Aubrey in the office to tech Sean and most importantly tech Jon B., the customer service, installation, and repairs were OUTSTANDING!!! I will not use anyone else for my plumbing and drain issues but Complete Plumbing & Drain. Jon B. also needs a promotion and pay raise TODAY!!! John came out to replace a hot water tank for us in St. Petersburg. He sent a text with a scheduled ETA and showed up on time. He explained everything he was going to do upfront and answered all questions before starting. He got the job done quicker than expected. When finished, he cleaned up the area to look like no work was done and went through everything with the new tank. I would recommend getting these guys for all plumbing and will request John again when I have more work done.

For 2 days prior to calling, my hot water was coming out with a rusty color in it. I knew my water heater needed to be replaced since it was very old. I called Complete Plumbing a little after 8:30 am on a Friday. I don’t remember the lady's name that picked up, but I explained what was going on and she told me we can have a plumber head your way in 5 minutes. I said, 'Damn,' and just laughed because I couldn't believe how soon it was. The guy got here in less than 10 minutes after hanging up the phone with her. He told me the options I had; I chose to have him replace the water heater with one that I had in the shed that was only 3 years old that a friend gave me, and in no time he replaced it with no issues. All around fantastic service. I found them with a Google search and I rely on reviews to make my decision, and when I saw the reviews, it was an easy decision. That's why I had to leave one too. Thank you for your quick and wonderful service.

I had called 2 other plumbing companies who could not help me with clogged bathrooms. Desmond from Complete Plumbing came out on a Saturday. Found my cleanout. Had to snake it from the rooftop. He kept after it until the clog was gone. Great Service. Found my septic tank as well for me. I will definitely call them for any other plumbing needs I have. We have an older house and have had them come over several times to replace original parts. They replaced a tub drain and drain pipe. They replaced the toilet water shut-off valves for two toilets. They did a complete parts replacement in two toilet tanks, including the bolts and gaskets. The plumber had pointed out how rusted away the bolts were and showed me how the gaskets were coming apart. And, we had our washing machine valves and outside spigots replaced. They have always been professional, responsive, and have done a great job each time! I highly recommend them!
